FULL SERVICE & DROP-OFF DELIVERY
FULL SERVICE
Big or small, we will provide you with serious BBQ, great service, and a memorable dining experience for your special event. We provide on-site buffet style catering service unless otherwise agreed upon. Whether it's a family reunion for 50 relatives or a corporate event for 1500 or more, our goal is to please you and your guests.
Catering Proposal Information:
The first priority is to figure out what you want and decide how Rogue BBQ can create it for you. This process usually begins with a client-caterer phone call or meeting. Whether it happens during the initial phone call or during a follow up call or scheduled appointment, we will want to get as much information as we can to help prepare a proposal for you. Please see our *Catering Proposal Questionnaire or *Wedding Catering Questionnaire - we can review and/or complete it together when we speak, if you would like. Once the proposal is completed and all information confirmed, we will need a credit card or other acceptable form of payment provided for the retainer/ deposit to hold the date for your event. Sorry, but we are unable to hold the dates without all of the necessary paperwork and/or credit card/payment for the deposit unless otherwise agreed upon.
* Please note that these forms are generally not necessary for small catering events that do not require lots of planning and details. We can generally handle all with just a phone call and the credit card to hold the date.
We are determined to do our best to help you work within your budget and meet your expectations. We will build a detailed proposal - invoice quote that includes the actual menu, beverages, an itemized listing for equipment rental, the staff requirements, and any other necessary services, fees or taxes with the phone call and questionnaire information. Please see our Full Service Menu (below) and other options for more information.
Also, please note that a gratuity of 15% will be included on the full service catering invoice. Should you wish to increase the gratuity amount, please let us know or feel free to reward the staff personally for their exemplary service.
Customer satisfaction is always our primary goal and reward.
Please see our menu options but feel free to ask about customizing a special menu for your event. We do our best to be as creative and flexible as possible with our BBQ theme menus.
Leftover Food Policy:
Please note that when catering your event we generally bring more food than we expect to serve based on the guest count provided and to do our best to insure all guests are adequately provided with food options. All meals are priced per person and the prices are not based on “all you can eat”.
It is our policy that any leftover food would be removed for public safety and general insurance liability purposes. If the client requests to retain any leftovers prior to the event, we will leave or pack leftovers that are considered safe to consume in the containers provided by the client. However, due to the extended room temperatures and holding conditions that each event may present, we do not recommend keeping leftover food.
The client must agree to assume full responsibility for proper refrigeration and storage of the food and for proper reheating of the leftover food following food safety guidelines. The client must also assume full responsibility for any liability as a result from anyone consuming leftover food after the event. A release of liability form must be completed prior to any food being left.
Our experienced catering staff will determine the health safety of all leftover food and the amount of the leftover food that was paid for in the guest count provided.

CATERING NOTE:
A minimum of 14 days notice must be given for any cancelled events or a fee to cover any services or costs incurred to date will be billed for those services and costs incurred.
If the event cancellation results in a loss of revenue for Rogue BBQ due to holding the date for your event, a charge of up to $500.00 may be charged to the credit card holding the date.
Should you reschedule your event within a 3 month period, a portion or all of those charges may be credited to the new final invoice.
We accept Cash, Checks, Debit or Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
